Diamond Crossing of Railway

Rail network that is the longest network. What we are going to tell is also an excellent master of engineers. You may have seen the railroad always directly, in which the diamond crossing will never be seen. Generally such crossing does not occur. But you can see these views at the Nagpur station. A Diamond Crossing is made to cross two railroads at Nagpur’s station.

What is Diamond Crossing?

The only Diamond crossing of Indian Railways in the city of Nagpur, Maharashtra, which is known as the center of India’s Bindu. It crosses the trains east, west, north and south. It is said that there were two Diamond Railway crossings in Nagpur earlier, but due to difficulties in operation, a Diamond crossing was removed last year.

It is said that the Public Relations Officer of the Central Railway says that Diamond Crossing is not useful for the smooth movement of operations and trains. But despite the problems due to the country’s only one and the historical crossings, the Railways have decided to retain this crossing.
